Talent Acquisition and HR

The Talent Acquisition and HR team at Beacon Community Services focuses on recruiting and retaining a diverse and dedicated workforce to support the organization's numerous community programs. Led by the Director of People & Culture, the team, which includes a Talent Attraction Specialist and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, ensures that the organization attracts top talent, fosters an inclusive work environment, and provides essential HR support to nearly 1,000 staff and volunteers. They play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement, managing talent development, and maintaining operational excellence within Beacon Community Services.
