Charles Douglas-Osborn

Charles Douglas-Osborn is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in product management and technology innovation. Currently serving as Head of Product at Beacon CRM since July 2024, Douglas-Osborn previously held the same role at NewtonX, where a Product Management organization was established and internal tools were redesigned, significantly enhancing efficiency and supporting substantial company growth. With a strong entrepreneurial background as CEO and CTO of Haystack and Merlin Guides, both acquired by NewtonX, Douglas-Osborn developed privacy-centric search tools and innovative solutions. Prior to these roles, Douglas-Osborn gained valuable experience at Google across various positions, including Technical & Innovation Data Solutions Lead, focusing on data needs for agencies and driving productivity through innovative tool development. Charles Douglas-Osborn holds a BEng in Computer Science from the University of York and A Level qualifications from Eton College.
