Beacon Cymru Group
Beacon Cymru Group is a not-for-profit organisation (registered social landlord) operating in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Carmarthenshire and Bridgend employing around 380 people. Beacon was formed in 2025 after a merger between Coastal Housing Group and RHA Wales. We build and manage homes and commercial premises, as well as offering homes for sale through our Pennant Homes subsidiary. We have particular expertise in regeneration and sustainable building methods. To meet the challenges of sustainable growth, Beacon's robust commercial portfolio mirrors and supports the organisation’s ethos and values, leading the way with city/town centre mixed-use regeneration. From pubs and restaurants to hi-tech office space for startups and entrepreuneurs, Beacon offers a sustainable and ethical approach to commercial letting with a commitment to urban regeneration. We pride ourselves on the quality of the homes we offer, the excellent standard of service we provide and the positive contribution we make to communities we work in.
