Serena Jones

Serena Jones is an experienced professional in the field of social care and housing management, currently serving as a foster parent with the local authority fostering team at Foster Wales Swansea since March 2015 and as Executive Director of Operations at Beacon Cymru Group since January 2015. In this role, Serena ensures that the organization engages effectively with citizens and stakeholders, oversees operations for nearly 8,500 households, and leads a large team dedicated to high-quality service delivery.
