Kasey Liedtke, MSRED, currently serves as a Senior Housing Developer at Beacon Development Group, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Kasey held the position of Vice President of Development at Redwood Housing from October 2022 to December 2023 and worked as a Senior Housing Developer at Bellwether Housing from January 2018 to October 2022. Kasey specializes in multi-family residential development, affordable housing (LIHTC projects), and sustainability, managing complex real estate projects with budgets ranging from $8 million to $80 million. Kasey's earlier roles include Management & Operation Specialist at Arlington County, Project Manager at Paladino and Company, and Finance Officer at John Snow, Inc. Kasey holds a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington State University.
