Shawn Oreschnick has a diverse work experience in marketing and market research roles. Shawn began their career as a Brand Consultant at FutureBrand, where they developed brand strategies for major corporations. Shawn then worked at Periscope as an Associate Director, Account Planning & Research, where they were responsible for account planning and consumer research. After that, they worked as a Senior Account Planner at Colle+McVoy, where they handled brand strategy and consumer insight for the agency and its clients. Shawn also worked at Capella University as a Sr. Market Research Analyst, where they conducted quantitative and qualitative research to understand perceptions of the Capella brand. Shawn then became an Independent Consultant, specializing in consumer insight and branding. Shawn later joined GfK Custom Research North America as a Senior Director, Market Research, where they managed client relationships and led research projects. Shawn also worked at Ravel, LLC as a Quantitative Lead, delivering customized quantitative analysis and recommendations to clients. Shawn has held various marketing leadership roles as well. Shawn was the VP of Marketing at Beacon EmbeddedWorks, where they focused on driving customer acquisition and engagement through inbound and outbound marketing strategies. Shawn also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Logic PD and Compass Electronics Solutions. Shawn Oreschnick obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota in 1993. Shawn later pursued a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota-Humphrey Institute from 1994 to 1996.
