Mike Ellis

Mike Ellis is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technology management and network operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Beacon Federal Credit Union since July 2020, Mike previously held the role of Information Technology Manager at South Texas Educational Technologies, where Mike developed a distance learning program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mike's experience includes managing IT infrastructure and operations at D&H Distributing, where significant cost savings were achieved through vendor negotiations. Prior military experience includes leadership roles in the US Army, overseeing network operations and communication security for the National Military Command Center and supporting high-level military operations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Southwestern University.
