Dhruve Mital

Dhruve Mital has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Teacher's Assistant role at the American University of Sharjah in 2012. In 2013, Dhruve interned at Emirates Gold, where they gained experience in the R&D department and the refinery. In 2014, Dhruve interned at Unilever, working in the Technical Department at the Lipton Tea Factory- Jebel Ali. In 2015, Dhruve worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The Petroleum Institute. From 2017-2018, Dhruve worked as a Business Consultant and Business Development Manager at WESTERN GENERAL TRADING. In 2020, Dhruve worked as a Data Analyst and Consultant at Northern Offshore Ltd, where they generated insights from daily operational and procurement data and optimized and standardized inventory across rigs. Dhruve also worked as a Researcher at American University of Sharjah in 2020, researching Machine Learning and AI applications for predicting properties and synthesis of novel compounds. Currently, Dhruve is a Strategy and Insights Lead at Beacon.

Dhruve Mital received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah in 2014, after four years of study from 2010 to 2014. Dhruve then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemical Engineering from The Petroleum Institute, which they completed in 2017.
