Nathan Varma

Nathan Varma has a strong background in sales, with experience in various roles and companies. Nathan began their career in 2013 as the Founder and Head of Service at OT for Kids, where they grew the business from concept to six-figure revenue in 18 months. In this role, Nathan was responsible for all aspects of the business, including hiring and onboarding staff, marketing and sales, product development, account management, and customer retention. Additionally, they provided Occupational Therapy training sessions, assessments, and treatments, as well as supervised junior OT's.

Following their time at OT for Kids, Nathan worked at UKFast from 2015 to 2019, starting as a Sales Executive and progressing to roles such as Account Manager, Senior Account Manager/Sales Manager, and Enterprise Account Manager.

In 2019, Nathan joined Speechmatics as a Senior Sales Account Executive and later became the Commercial Manager.

After that, they worked at QStory from 2020 to 2022, initially as a Sales Director and later as the VP of Sales.

Most recently, Nathan joined DataGuard in 2022 as the Head of Corporate Sales and is currently working as the Head of Sales at Beacon, starting in 2023.

Nathan Varma completed their education at York St. John University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist. Prior to that, they attended Codsall Community High School from 2005 to 2009, where they completed their GCSE and A levels. During their time at Codsall Community High School, Nathan studied various subjects including Biology, Chemistry, R.E (A level), and Maths (AS).
