Emma Hemingway

Senior Associate at Beacon Global Strategies

Prior to joining BGS, Ms. Hemingway was a Senior Associate at Twenty Kemp Strategies, where she led digital strategy and marketing for clients in politics, journalism, law, healthcare, and data analytics.

Previously, Ms. Hemingway worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Michael Pillsbury, Senior Fellow and Director for Chinese Strategy at the Hudson Institute. She also completed a U.S. Grand Strategy Internship at the Hudson Institute. In 2021, Ms. Hemingway served as a Political Affairs Intern in the Office of Rule of Law and Security Institutions at the United Nations. Earlier, Ms. Hemingway founded and acted as Editor-in-Chief at Ensemble Magazine, an online publication for international news and culture.

Ms. Hemingway graduated with an M.A. (Honors) in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh, with a year abroad at Sciences Po Paris. She is a candidate for an M.A. in Security Studies at Georgetown University, concentrating in U.S. National Security Policy and Asian Studies.
