Currently, Liz is the Marketing & Development Specialist at Beacon Group, focusing on creating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. In addition to their professional role, Liz also oversees household operations, managing a team of two young children with strategic leadership techniques to provide a nurturing and educational environment while ensuring their safety and well-being.
