Cindy Hayes

Cindy Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Cindy began their career in 1983 as a Purchasing Assistant at CTS Corporation. Cindy then joined Elkhart General Hospital in 1990, starting as an Admitting Supervisor before progressing to roles such as Group Practice Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Physician Services. At Elkhart General Hospital, they worked closely with hospital executives and board members, overseeing operations, strategic direction, managed care contracting, physician governance, and financial matters. In 2013, Cindy joined Beacon Health System as the Senior Director of Beacon Medical Group, where they led a multidisciplinary medical group with 27 locations and over 300 associates in northern Indiana.
