Mark Oyer

Mark Oyer has a strong background in information technology and has held several leadership positions in various companies. Mark started their career at McKesson Provider Technologies as a Desktop & Infrastructure Specialist from March 2002 to April 2005. Mark then became a Network Communications Analyst from April 2005 to January 2008. Oyer joined CareTech Solutions in January 2008 as a Sr. Network Communications Analyst and later became a Technical Lead from July 2011 to February 2012. Mark was then promoted to Manager, Technical Services from February 2012 to August 2012. Oyer then moved on to Beacon Health System, where they worked as the Manager, Help Desk and Tech Support from August 2012 to February 2016. Mark then became the Interim Director of IT from July 2014 to February 2016. Oyer's next role at Beacon Health System was the Director of IT from February 2016 to March 2019. Finally, they took on the position of Executive Director of Information Technology in March 2019, where they are currently employed.

Mark Oyer received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bethel University in 2001. In 2017, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institution. Mark has also obtained several certifications including Certified Digital Health Executive (CDH-E) and Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) from CHIME, MCSA: Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft, and various Citrix certifications.
