Ariana Whelly

Ms. Whelly was one of the first members of Beacon Hill Associates New York and has been an integral part of the growth of the division. She is responsible for hiring, training, managing, and mentoring a team of direct hire consultants in their NY office. Ms. Whelly manages a large portfolio of successful client relationships with industry leaders in financial services, consulting, executive search, biotech, media, real estate, and non-profit. Her extensive knowledge of the market stemming from over a decade of placing the highest caliber of administrative talent in NYC along with her ability to listen, take a consultative approach, communicate transparently, and act as an extension of any recruiting process has made Ms. Whelly a valued asset to companies and job seekers across the greater NY area. Ms. Whelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware where she majored in Marketing and Management.
