Norm Joseph

Norm Joseph is the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for Beacon Hill Staffing Group. As CDO, Mr. Joseph is responsible for setting and implementing the digital strategy for Beacon Hill, innovating the digital ecosystem, and developing Beacon Hill’s digital talent.

Mr. Joseph has experience in building high-performance customer-focused teams with a proven record of delivering value. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Joseph led the middle office product strategy for Bullhorn. Prior to Bullhorn Mr. Joseph led product management for Erecruit across the front office, middle office and vendor management and was a member of the executive team that led Erecruit to a successful exit to Bullhorn. Prior to Erecruit, Mr. Joseph founded and sold a high-growth technology consulting business. He started his career as a management recruiter for Truist Bank.

Mr. Joseph serves on the board of the James River HS PTA, and coaches youth basketball. He holds a BS degree from Cornell University.
