Michael Dubas

Michael Dubas has a strong background in property and community association management. Michael started their career in 2006 as a Community Association Manager at J & M Condo Management, where they worked until 2016. Michael then joined FirstService Residential as a General Manager, serving in that role until 2019. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Beacon Management Services. Michael held various leadership positions at Beacon, including Vice President of Management Services and Director of Manager Services.

Michael Dubas earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Georgia State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their academic achievements, Michael holds several certifications related to community association management. Michael obtained the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in September 2018. Michael also obtained the Community Association Manager certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in June 2006, and the Association Management Specialist certification from CAMICB in January 2019.
