Beacon of LIFE (A PACE Program)
Bianca Gines currently serves as an Engagement Navigator at Beacon of LIFE, starting in May 2023, where responsibilities include providing information about the PACE program and enrolling participants. As the Founder and Managing Partner of The Resource Project LLC since October 2021, Bianca launched a business focused on tax and financial services. Previous experience includes working as a Recruiter/Customer Service Specialist at Towne Nursing Staff, Inc. and as a Benefits Outreach Specialist at Fulfill, where assistance was provided to clients for various programs. Bianca also operated as a Case Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County and held the role of Administrative Assistant/Media Assistant at APHA Community Development Corp., where a social media outreach program was initiated. Bianca earned a High School Diploma from Howell High School in 2009.
Beacon of LIFE (A PACE Program)
PACE is a "Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly". It is a Medicare and Medicaid approved program to support the frail elderly that can live at home safely with the support of the PACE services. PACE is a great alternative to nursing home placement and provides all services in the comfort of your own home. Other eligibility criteria include 55 years and older and live in Monmouth County. Services provided include medical, nursing, social service, home health nursing and aides, rehabilitation, recreational day care, nutrition and transportation to and from the PACE center or to medical appointments. Beacon of LIFE services all of Monmouth County located in Oceanport, NJ and Ocean County located in Lakehurst. NJ. The program is based on meeting the individual needs of an enrolled participant. Enrollment is voluntary and one may disenroll at any time.
