Meghan Sheridan, OT, currently serves as Operations Director and Director of Clinical Services/Center Director at Beacon of LIFE since May 2019. In addition, Meghan holds the position of Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Director at Acute Heath Systems (Beacon of LIFE) concurrently. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Rehabilitation at Hackensack Meridian Health from December 2016 to May 2019, where management of therapy services in a 65-bed subacute and 125-bed long-term care facility occurred. Meghan began professional career as an Occupational Therapist at CareOne Management LLC and Weston Group, progressing to Rehabilitation Supervisor at Meridian Health, where leadership led to CARF certification for a 125-bed subacute rehab center. Meghan earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Scranton between 1999 and 2003.

Beacon of LIFE (A PACE Program)
PACE is a "Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly". It is a Medicare and Medicaid approved program to support the frail elderly that can live at home safely with the support of the PACE services. PACE is a great alternative to nursing home placement and provides all services in the comfort of your own home. Other eligibility criteria include 55 years and older and live in Monmouth County. Services provided include medical, nursing, social service, home health nursing and aides, rehabilitation, recreational day care, nutrition and transportation to and from the PACE center or to medical appointments. Beacon of LIFE services all of Monmouth County located in Oceanport, NJ and Ocean County located in Lakehurst. NJ. The program is based on meeting the individual needs of an enrolled participant. Enrollment is voluntary and one may disenroll at any time.
