James Thompson

I bring extensive leadership and operational experience spanning public service and private enterprise. My foundation began in the U.S. Air Force during Desert Shield, followed by supporting DHS’s formation through a Unisys contract after 9/11. Later, I founded Thompson Technical Consulting, delivering four enterprise-level data centers for HP, IBM, and the State of Texas. I’ve led global teams of over 100 and managed complex projects with speed and precision.

Early work in construction and energy, building homes and servicing oil wells with Halliburton, shaped my respect for infrastructure and resilience. This perspective drives my vision for Inductiv3D.
