Chand Kailash, P.Eng.

Chand Kailash, P.Eng., currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Beacon Offshore Energy since February 2023. Prior to this role, Chand worked at Noble Drilling from March 2013 to February 2015 as a Subsea Engineer, where responsibilities included maintaining blowout preventers and associated equipment, overseeing various surface equipment, and conducting high-pressure tests on blowout preventer systems with pressures reaching up to 22,500 psi.
