Sam Oriol

Sam Oriol has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 17 years. Currently, Sam serves as a Senior Completions Engineer at Beacon Offshore Energy, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this, Sam worked at Shell Oil Company for 10 years, starting in December 2010 as a Sr. Completions and Well Intervention Engineer and continuing in that role until October 2020. Before joining Shell, Sam worked at Energy Partners Ltd as a Production and Well Intervention Engineer from August 2008 to December 2010. Sam's career started at Baker Hughes as a Completions Installation Engineer from May 2003 to August 2008.

Sam Oriol received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
