Janet Hathaway

Janet Hathaway is the General Counsel at Beacon Pointe. She started her career in private practice at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Since then, she has served as corporate in-house counsel, first at Crain Communications Inc, a global media company, and most recently at Pathway Capital Management, a private equity investment firm. Janet received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, magna cum laude, and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Outside of work, Janet enjoys jogging with her girlfriends, practicing yoga, and watching her children’s sporting events.
