Matthew Pittinaro

Matthew Pittinaro has a diverse work experience in various HR and recruitment roles. Matthew started their career as an Events Assistant at the Orange Bowl Committee in 2004. Matthew then worked as a Recruiter at Aerotek, Inc./Allegis Group from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) as a Sourcing and Pipeline Development professional. From 2009 to 2013, Matthew worked at WilsonHCG as a Recruitment Consultant/Subject Matter Expert, where they focused on revolutionizing the recruitment process. Matthew then joined Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. in 2013 as a Talent Acquisition Leader and later served as a Human Resources Manager. Matthew was promoted to Regional Human Resources Director in April 2022 and is currently working as the Director of Talent & HR, South Division at Beacon Building Products.

Matthew Pittinaro obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Development from Nova Southeastern University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport Management from Elon University from 2000 to 2004. Matthew completed their high school education at St. Thomas Aquinas High School between 1996 and 2000.
