Sam Guzman

Sam Guzman has a strong background in accounting and finance, with extensive experience at various companies throughout their career. Sam currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Beacon Building Products since August 2020. Prior to that, they held the same role at Liquidity Services from June 2018 to August 2020. Sam also served as the Senior Director - Assistant Corporate Controller at Orbital ATK from August 2016 to June 2018 and as the Senior Associate - Assistant Corporate Controller at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2014 to August 2016. Before transitioning to corporate roles, they worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP from January 2012 to January 2014, an Audit Senior Manager - National Office at Reznick Group from October 2008 to December 2011, and as an Assistant Chief Auditor at PCAOB from October 2005 to September 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked as a US GAAP Consultant at Electronic Data Systems from August 2004 to September 2005 and as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP from July 1999 to July 2004.

Sam Guzman holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. Sam has also obtained a CPA certification.
