Danielle Lambrechts

Danielle Lambrechts has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Danielle is currently working at Beacon Specialized Living as an Assistant Vice President Human Resources, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director Human Resources at the same company from November 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Beacon Specialized Living, they were the Human Resources Director at Arvco Container Corp. from June 2021 to November 2021.

Danielle's earlier experience includes their tenure at Beacon Specialized Living, where they held multiple roles. Danielle served as the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting from March 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Compliance from January 2020 to March 2020, the Human Resources Director from March 2019 to January 2020, the Director of Training and Development from February 2018 to March 2019, and an HR Generalist from March 2017 to February 2018.

Before transitioning into the field of human resources, Danielle worked as a Child Care Assistant at Orchard Lane Daycare from March 2012 to May 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Teller at PNC Bank from November 2011 to January 2012.

Danielle began their career as the Head Manager at The Sugar Bear, where they held various responsibilities such as reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, staff training and performance reviews, creating work schedules and staff policies, and managing purchasing and inventory. Danielle worked at The Sugar Bear from March 2007 to October 2011.

Danielle Lambrechts obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts (AA) in Human Resources Management and Services at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degrees, Danielle Lambrechts also obtained a certification in SHRM-CP from the SHRM Certification institution in June 2018.
