Michelle Tuyls

Michelle Tuyls has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michelle started their career at TRAM, Inc. in 1990, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist and EHS Specialist until 2016. After that, they joined Sarasota Y Triad Alternative School as a Behavior Specialist, managing daily schedules and activities for at-risk youth. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant on a freelance basis before transitioning to Beacon Specialized Living that same year. At Beacon Specialized Living, they first held the position of Human Resources Director and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in January 2019.

From 2009 to 2011, Michelle Tuyls attended Spring Arbor University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, with a focus on Human Resource and Hospitality.
