Molly Thomas began their work experience in 2013 as a Sales Associate at JOANN Stores. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret and also as a Teachers Aide at Indiana University South Bend. In 2018, Molly became a Peer Mentor at Indiana University South Bend and an HR Intern at HR Collaboration Group.
