Robert Longo, MHA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Robert started their career as a Psychiatric Adolescent & Geriatric Counselor at Mercy Center for Health Care Services & Central Dupage Hospital in 1985. Robert then worked as an Associate Program Director at St Joseph's Carondelet from 1989 to 1993. In 1993, Longo joined The MENTOR Network, where they held various roles including Program Manager, Executive State Director, Regional Vice President, and Divisional President/Operating Group President. At The MENTOR Network, they developed and managed a multimillion-dollar budget and supervised operations, finance, quality assurance, risk management, business development, and human resources. From 2011 to 2018, Longo worked at Dungarvin, serving as a Regional Director, National Director Of Operations, and ultimately as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they managed all aspects of operations across fifteen states, developed an annual budget of approximately $220M, and provided services to 5,000 individuals. Currently, Longo is the Executive Vice President Of Operations at Beacon Specialized Living, where they are responsible for expanding and diversifying services for vulnerable populations across multiple states including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio.

Robert Longo, MHA, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology/Biology from Loyola University Chicago. Robert also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis. In addition, they have pursued studies in Counseling Psychology at George Williams.
