Sarah Anderson

Sarah Anderson is an experienced educator and content designer with a diverse background in curriculum development and instructional design. Currently serving as the Director of Creative Content at Beacon Specialized Living since July 2022, Sarah previously held roles as a Learning Experience Designer and Secondary Educator at THREE RIVERS COMMUNITY SCHOOLS from August 2019 to July 2022. At THREE RIVERS, coursework was redesigned to enhance learning solutions using data, and assessments were aligned with educational objectives. Sarah's earlier experience includes a position as a Secondary Educator at Battle Creek Public Schools from August 2016 to August 2019, where a comprehensive learning program was developed, leading to a notable improvement in learner assessment scores. Additionally, at USD 457 Garden City Public Schools from July 2014 to June 2016, Sarah revamped social studies materials and collaborated on a writing curriculum that significantly enhanced performance metrics. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Alma College.
