Suzy Pelok

Suzy Pelok has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare and nonprofit sector. Suzy began their career at SupportCare, Inc. in 1997 as a Program Director, where they gained hands-on experience in serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Suzy then advanced to become the Director/Business Area Executive for SupportCare's Central Region, overseeing the operations and supervision of Program Directors.

In 2012, Suzy joined ViaQuest, Inc./SupportCare, Inc. as an Executive Director, further expanding their leadership skills. Suzy successfully led the organization until 2015 when they transitioned to I Am Boundless, Inc. as the Vice President of Programs. While in this role, Suzy developed and executed the strategic plan of the non-profit organization and significantly grew its revenue. Suzy also created multiple leadership development opportunities for employees.

Suzy's expertise in quality enhancement led their to join CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership in 2020 as a Quality Enhancement Specialist. Suzy partnered with service providers to implement performance indicators and improvement methods, focusing on self-direction, recovery, and personal quality of life.

In the same year, Suzy worked as an Executive Consultant, establishing policies and procedures for service organizations and obtaining state certification for behavioral health and developmental disabilities non-profit organizations. Suzy also played a vital role in the growth of a non-profit organization, using key performance and growth indicators.

Most recently, Suzy became the Executive Director of Operations and Emerging Markets at Beacon Specialized Living in 2022, showcasing their leadership capabilities once again.
