Eric Callinan

Eric Callinan possesses extensive experience in real estate asset management and auditing. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Beacon Communities LLC since May 2015, Eric is responsible for optimizing the performance and value of the company's real estate portfolio through various strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Senior Audit Manager at CohnReznick LLP (formerly Ercolini & Company LLP) from July 1998 to May 2015, specializing in the auditing of residential properties. Earlier career experience includes working as a Property Accountant at Maloney Properties from July 1996 to July 1998. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, earned between 1992 and 1996.
