Nicholas Davidson

Nicholas Davidson, CCIM, currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at Kennedy Wilson, an international real estate investment and services firm, since October 2014. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Director of Asset Management at Carmel Partners, focusing on maximizing the value of real estate assets. Nicholas also worked as an Acquisitions Associate and Asset Manager at Jackson Square Properties, where the focus was on enhancing property cash flows within the multifamily market. Earlier experience includes positions as an Accounting Analyst at Manpower Inc. and a Financial Planning Intern at Northwestern Mutual, as well as a Research Analyst at Gateway Partners, Inc. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UC San Diego.
