Maayan Veltz-lampert has a diverse work experience in HR and recruitment. They are currently the VP of HR at Beaconcure since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Testim.io from 2018 to 2022, starting as the Head of HR before being promoted to Director of HR. In this role, they played a strategic role in the company's growth from 10 to over 50 employees and successfully completed an M&A worth $180 million.
Before Testim.io, Maayan held the position of HR & Recruitment Manager at 6Knots from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they managed recruitment and HR processes in various high-tech and startup companies and collaborated with stakeholders to define and lead HR strategies.
They also worked as a Recruitment Manager in several companies including Rounds (via 6Knots), Wochit (via 6Knots), Cognigo (via 6Knots), IncrediBuild (via 6Knots), HYPRBrands – #1 Influencer Marketing Platform 2019 (via 6Knots), Riskified (via 6Knots), and SECDO (6Knots).
Maayan Veltz-lampert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem during the years 1998 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.BA) from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2003 to 2006.
