Dawn Lynch

Dawn is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience in global human resources, payroll, comp and benefits, and customer relationship management. She has deep transformational knowledge and brings a focus on building high-performance teams while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Since joining Continuum in 2019, she has been an integral part of the organization and has led the design, build, and implementation of our HR Central employee portal, global payroll system, and new transactional data team.



Previously, Dawn held senior executive roles at Xerox, NGAHR, and ADP, where she was focused on global corporate business strategy to align outcomes in HR, payroll, mergers and acquisitions, and new implementations.

​​​​​​​Dawn grew up in California and attended CSU in Long Beach where she studied Business. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona, and enjoys spending time with her family, attending outdoor festivals and music events, and traveling.
