Anthony Paul Torres has a long history of working in a variety of engineering roles. Anthony Paul began their career in 2011 as an Electrical Engineer for SAIC, where they generated reports for NASA and NAVSEA Crane based on thermal cycle and vibration tests done on printed circuit boards. In 2012, they moved to U.S. Steel as an Engineering Manager, where they supervised and directed a crew of 30 ironworkers, millwrights and motor inspectors. In 2013, they became an Applications Engineer at DP Technology, where they improved ESPRIT's application by creating add-ins in VB.NET to automate tasks increasing daily productivity by 50%. In 2016, they were a Back End Engineer at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, where they designed various APIs using Django REST framework. In 2017, they became a Software Engineer at G2 Crowd, where they created back-end models in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL while optimizing queries using New Relic. In 2019, they were a Back End Engineer at Albert, where they built APIs utilizing Django and Django REST framework for internal financial chat system (Mission Control) and iOS/Android app. In 2020, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Omaze. Finally, in 2021, they became a Staff Software Engineer / Founding Engineer at Beacons.

Anthony Paul Torres attended Purdue University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned their Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Anthony Paul returned to Purdue University from 2014 to 2016 and obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management.
