Lilibel de la Puente

Lilibel de la Puente has a diverse range of work experience. Lilibel first served as the President of Beaker & Wrench, a company that disrupted the cannabis oil distillation industry. Lilibel played a key role in creating innovative solutions to industry challenges and oversaw the growth of the company.

Lilibel then became the Chief Executive Officer of LILIBEL in 2020, before returning to Beaker & Wrench as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder. In this role, they provided licensed Professional Engineering services and contributed to the company's success.

Prior to their time at Beaker & Wrench, Lilibel worked as a Laboratory Director at DTS Lab Services and a Research Chemist and Production Manager at EnoteQ, Inc. Lilibel gained experience in cannabis oil distillation research, process development, production management, and supervision of lab technicians.

Lilibel also worked as a Chemist at BAS Research, where they were responsible for distillations, laboratory planning/design, optimization techniques, and training lab assistants. Lilibel also developed purification techniques to improve the quality of oil.

Before their work in the cannabis industry, Lilibel gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Dolgos Research Group and Contreras Research Group. Lilibel also served as a Cryptologic Technician in the US Navy and as an Office Assistant at the Marion County District Attorney's Office.

Lilibel de la Puente completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Oregon State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended US Navy Cryptologic schools from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued Intermediate Signals Analysis in digital communications analysis. In addition to their education, they obtained several certifications, including Gene Editing with CRISPR from Bio-Trac®, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response from the Department of the Navy in July 2009, and Sexual Assault Victim Advocacy Training from the District Attorney of Marion County, Oregon in January 2008.
