Larry Cotten has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of commercial real estate lending and underwriting. Larry started their career as an Assistant Vice President at Metropolitan Savings and Loan, where they managed and negotiated sales for a multi-million dollar commercial real estate owned portfolio. Larry then joined ORIX as a Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriter before becoming a Senior Vice President at CSG Investments, where they built and led a team responsible for the origination and purchase of over $1.3 billion in secured debt. Larry also worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital, where they underwrote large commercial real estate loans and closed deals worth over $1 million.
