Geana Hayes

Geana Hayes possesses extensive experience in IT operations and support, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr Manager of IT Operations and Support at Bealls, Inc. since 2008, Geana oversees ITIL processes and operations, facilitating IT Change Control and Root Cause Analysis. Prior roles include Manager of iSeries Operations at Bealls, AS400 Operations Manager at Chico's FAS, and Manager of Information Systems at AMS Health Sciences. Additionally, Geana held the position of Director of Information Technology at Facet International. Geana holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Southern Nazarene University, obtained between 2004 and 2005.
