Richard Oxland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and development within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Secure Connected Vehicle at Beam Connectivity, Richard focuses on enhancing connected vehicle solutions with advanced cyber resilience capabilities. As the Founder and Operator of an E-commerce business since June 2023, Richard successfully scaled orders by approximately 50% month-over-month through strategic social media marketing. Previously, Richard held the role of Head of Product at Siemens Digital Industries Software, overseeing the Tessent Embedded Analytics product line, and at UltraSoC, where a fourfold revenue increase was achieved within a year. Additionally, Richard advocated for STEM through the Prometheus Project and holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a PhD in Electronics Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
