McKenzie Kirwen

McKenzie Kirwen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Beam Benefits since January 2025, McKenzie previously held the position of Director, People at Sundae from November 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing people operations. Prior to that, McKenzie worked at Paycor for over eight years, progressing through roles such as Senior HR Business Partner and Campus Recruiter, also engaging in activities that enhanced recruiting processes. McKenzie began the career at Girl Scouts of Western Ohio as a Membership Extension Specialist, focusing on recruitment initiatives. Academically, McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and Spanish from Northern Kentucky University and a Graduate Certificate in Business from the University of Cincinnati.
