Clément Dubuisson has had a diverse work experience in various industries. Clément co-founded and served as CEO of Beam, a web and mobile app that facilitates employee coordination in the retail sector, improving operational excellence and sales performance. Prior to that, they were a Consulting Partner at Pilat Consulting, where they worked on business strategy projects and mentored students in the Master in Digital Business program. As the co-founder and CEO of Pulpcar.com, they led the company for a year and a half. Clément also served as the Head of Sales at Ducksboard, a SaaS business intelligence platform, and as the Country Manager Spain and European RFPs at iAdvize.com, where they were responsible for business development and managing the team. Before that, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of LEADSHARE, leading business development efforts and managing the team to expand operations in Southern Europe. Clément also held the position of Purchasing and Development Manager - WEB at 3 Suisses - OTTO Group, where they developed the purchase strategy for home shopping and online business. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Project Director at Alfa Consulting, implementing project management changes and increasing sales and commercial productivity. Clément began their career at PPR Group- REXEL, first as a Business Development Manager Key Accounts in Spain, and then as a Business Analyst at the company's headquarters in Paris. Overall, Clément Dubuisson possesses a strong background in business strategy, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Clément Dubuisson completed their Bachelor of Science degree at Prepa HEC from 1992 to 1994. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESCP Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management & Organization, which they completed from 1994 to 1998.
