Esther Tsvayg has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2017, they were a Researcher at the Martin Luther King Research & Education Institute. In 2018, they were a Legal Assistant at Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation A. In 2019, they were a Big 5 Coordinator at Stanford Queer Student Resources. In 2020, they were a Repustar Engagement Researcher and Intern at Repustar, as well as a Volunteer on the State Blurbs Team at the Stanford-MIT Healthy Elections Project. In 2021, they were a Communications and Operations Associate at the Fund for Guaranteed Income and a Research Assistant for Tomi Adeyemi. Most recently, they are a Social Impact Partnerships Associate at Beam Impact and an Elections Fact Checker at The Nevada Independent.

Esther Tsvayg graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School in 2016 with the Highest Honors: Advanced Regents Diploma with Mastery in all fields. Esther then went on to attend Stanford University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory in 2020.
