Justin Mastic has over 17 years of professional work experience. Justin started their career in 2004 as a Web Content Manager at Dow Chemical. In 2010, they became a Web Application Developer at Domino's Pizza. In 2012, they joined Live Smart Solutions as a Senior Web Developer and was responsible for creating online content for the company website. In 2014, they joined NagraStar as a Senior Web Developer and was later promoted to Senior Manager of TV Apps Development. In 2017, they joined Conga as a Senior Software Development Engineer and was later promoted to Director of Engineering and then Senior Manager of Engineering. In 2023, they joined Beam Impact as a Senior Engineering Manager.

Justin Mastic attended Eastern Michigan University from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
