Fabricio V. has a strong background in contracts and compliance, with experience in various roles at different companies. Fabricio began their career at HSBC as a Pension Contracts Specialist from 2006 to 2011. Fabricio then joined First Help Financial as a CR Associate and later became a Client Relationship Manager from 2015 to 2017. After that, they worked at FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. as a Contracts Specialist from 2017 to 2018 and then as a Contracts Manager (Legal) from 2018 to 2019. Fabricio later joined Foghorn Therapeutics, Inc. as a Contracts Manager (Legal) from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Contracts Manager (Legal) at Beam Therapeutics, where they started in 2021. Fabricio has since been promoted to Associate Director, Contracts (Legal) and is now serving as the Director of Contracts & Compliance.

Fabricio V. completed a Graduate Certificate Program in Supply Chain Management at Northeastern University in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universiry Zumbi dos Palmares in 2006-2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Pension Funds (Closed-End Pension Plans) from Watson Wyatt Brasil Ltda. in 2006.
