Emi Aprekuma

Emi Aprekuma is a seasoned professional in contract and compliance management, currently serving as the Director of Contracts & Compliance at VentureWell since November 2023. Prior to this role, Emi held positions as Director of Compliance at City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College and Executive Director of Grants Development and Compliance, overseeing grant acquisition and compliance efforts. Emi's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Grants Manager at the Association Management Center, supporting various healthcare professionals' associations, and as Manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Loyola University Medical Center. Emi holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from Loyola University Chicago.
