Jacob Stout

Jacob Stout has extensive experience in facilities maintenance and quality assurance, currently serving as a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Beam Therapeutics since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jacob worked at Biogen as a Facilities Technician, focusing on maintaining GMP environments through corrective and preventative maintenance of clean utility equipment. Jacob's career began in the US Navy, where responsibilities included supervising maintenance operations, training junior members in quality assurance practices, and managing inspection programs for nuclear power plants. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Antelope Valley College and training from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
