Patricia Fleischman

Patricia Fleischman has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Patricia is currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Beam Therapeutics, a position they have held since January 2024. Before this role, they worked as the Associate Director of Accounting at the same company from April 2022 to January 2024. Patricia also has experience as an Assistant Controller at Summit Therapeutics from July 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at EY for several years, starting as a Commercial Assurance Staff in July 2014, then progressing to become a Commercial Assurance Senior from October 2016 to September 2019, and finally a Commercial Assurance Manager from October 2019 to June 2021. Patricia began their career as an intern at Scolaro, Shulman, Cohen, Fetter, & Burstein, P.C in May 2012, where they assisted attorneys with case management. Patricia also gained experience as an intern at Bark & Co. Solicitors in February 2013, performing legal research and attending court sessions. Additionally, they worked as a Commercial Assurance Intern at EY in June 2013, where they assisted with financial audits and interacted with clients in the bio-tech industry. Prior to that, Patricia interned at Cuddy & Ward CPA in July 2012.

Patricia Fleischman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a concentration in Accounting, from Boston University - School of Management, from 2010 to 2014. Patricia also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from NASBA in 2015.
