Priya S. Chockalingam

Priya S. Chockalingam has extensive work experience in the field of clinical bioanalytics, translational sciences, and biomarker development. Priya S. is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Clinical Bioanalytics & Translational Sciences at Beam Therapeutics, where they oversee the implementation of translational strategies for a variety of clinical programs in hematology, immunology, oncology, and rare genetic diseases. Prior to their current role, Priya held positions at Biogen, Takeda, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Schering-Plough, and UT Medical Center, where they contributed to diagnostic strategies, biomarker innovation and development, and translational strategy for various therapeutic areas. Priya S. has presented at numerous conferences and meetings throughout their career, demonstrating their expertise and knowledge in the field.

Priya S. Chockalingam completed their Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Central Food Technological Research Institute, Cheluvambe Mansion, Mysore, India, from 1992 to 1996. Priya S. then pursued Post-Doctoral Research in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center College of Medicine, Memphis, TN, from 1997 to 2001.
