Tom Clinckemaillie

Tom Clinckemaillie is a seasoned professional in quality control operations with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. As of March 2023, Tom serves as Senior Manager of QC Operations at Beam Therapeutics, following a brief tenure as an Expert Scientist at GSK in early 2023. Prior to this, Tom held various positions at Affinivax Inc., including Associate Manager of QC and Lead QC Analyst, from March 2017 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Research Associate at the Broad Institute and an internship in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics at Genzyme. Tom holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
