Silvia Rondon, MSHRM, has a strong background in human resources management. Silvia has worked at various companies in different roles. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Placement Specialist at CareerSource South Florida, where they focused on employment services. In 2014, they joined NewsLink Group as a Human Resources Coordinator. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Miami Medical Center, where they handled recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Generalist at the same company, managing EEOC claims, compensation, and staffing plans. Silvia Rondon is currently employed at Bean Automotive Group. Silvia started as a Human Resources Business Partner in 2018 and was later promoted to Human Resources Manager. Their current role is Human Resources Director, where they strategically manage and delivers a full spectrum of HR solutions. Silvia analyzes departmental metrics and provides strategic recommendations to benefit the organization.
